In the velban house, the past meets the modern present. The house is located in the heart of the complex, and in front of it is a swimming pool. It is built of handmade bricks and insulated with natural materials. We let the light into the house through the large wooden windows and the opening to the east. We added a pottery bread oven that has a visible fireplace from the kitchen and living room. Otherwise, the house is heated by a heat pump that heats the floor.

The house offers a bedroom with rustic furniture, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a unique work desk, the dining room has a table with eight chairs, living room with velvan ceiling and large terrace overlooking the pool. The bedroom also has a bed for small children. There are five single or two double beds and one single bed in the attic.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, in front of which you can sit and warm yourself in the winter months with a view of the fire from the stove. The living room is also a bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom there is an entrance to a large terrace, which offers a table with eight chairs and a swing. The terrace also offers a beautiful view and a special experience of the Goričko landscape and Goričko nature.
