As part of the investment in "Goričke iže", we will carry out the new construction of Konopljina iže and the renovation of the Indašnja house under sub-measure 6.4 Support for investments in the establishment and development of non-agricultural activities

SUMMARY

The company Evitel doo applied for an investment in the new construction of Konopljina iža and the renovation of the Indašnja house. The investment will expand the tourist complex and increase the accommodation capacity.

OBJECTIVES

The following goals will be achieved with the funds obtained through this public tender:

  • expansion of the tourist complex,
  • increase in net sales revenue,
  • increase in the number of overnight stays,
  • contributing to an increase in employment and a decrease in the unemployment rate,
  • strengthening entrepreneurship in rural areas,
  • climate change mitigation.

MAIN ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE GOALS

The investment covers the new construction of the Konoplja house and the renovation of the Indašnja house. These investments were the subject of a public tender.

EXPECTED RESULTS OF ACTIVITIES

  • increase in market share,
  • increase in income in the company,
  • increase in the number of employees,
  • improving environmental performance.

The investment voucher for digital marketing - the creation of a website with its own reservation platform is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
