VELBANA IŽA
In the Velbana house, the past meets the modern present. The house is located in the middle of the complex, and there is a swimming pool in front of it. It is built from hand-made bricks and insulated with natural materials.
INDAŠNJA IŽA
The traditional Prekmurje house was renovated with natural materials that our ancestors used in the past. We added floor heating and a ceramic stove, which, in addition to the exceptional natural microclimate inside, represent additional comfort and quality of living.
It is one of the few houses in which the main building material was hemp husk, which was mixed with lime, which is a natural dehydrator. The house is fire resistant thanks to the hemp walls, regulates the ideal humidity in the room throughout the year and limits electromagnetic radiation. The house is covered with reeds, a material that was used in this environment in the past.
KONOPKA IŽA
A natural house made of hemp, which with its minimalist architecture in the Gorička Landscape Park invites you to relax.
The larch exterior, the glass ceiling, the negative carbon footprint of the construction and the limitation of electromagnetic radiation are the special features that we wanted to highlight.

The company Evitel doo applied for an investment in the new construction of Konopljina iža and the renovation of the Indašnja house. The investment will expand the tourist complex and increase the accommodation capacity.
